Shipping & right of withdrawal

We prepare and ship your orders from France. You can choose home delivery or delivery to a pickup point.

Delivery fees correspond to the carrier rate applicable to your order, plus 10%. Delivery is free from €100 of product purchases, after any discounts are applied.

You can order without creating an account. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason. This applies to orders placed on the site, except for items unsealed for hygiene reasons where the law provides for this.

To exercise this right, contact our customer service team via the Contact page, quoting your order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility; we do not currently offer free returns. Refunds are issued using your original payment method, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.
