How do I place an order? Add the items you'd like to your bag, then follow the checkout steps. You can order with or without a customer account — creating an account is optional and makes it easier to find your order history, addresses and favourites later on.

What payment methods do you accept? Payment is made securely online when you confirm your order. [TO BE COMPLETED: final list of accepted payment methods.]

What are your delivery times and fees? You can choose home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Fees correspond to the carrier rate plus 10%, and delivery is free from €100 of purchases after discounts. How do I choose my size? Our pieces are available from S to XXL. Check our size guide and the details on each product page to find the size that best suits you.

Can I return an item? Yes, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, in accordance with French law. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Find the full process on our Delivery & Withdrawal page.

How can I track my order? A confirmation email is sent once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification once it leaves our warehouse. If you created an account, you can also track your orders from your account area.
