Terms of sale

1. Purpose. These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales of products made on the SHASHA Collection website to customers who are private individuals, resident in the delivery areas offered.

2. Seller. Sales are made by [TO BE COMPLETED: legal company name, legal form, address, SIRET number and intra-community VAT number]. Full contact details appear in our legal notices.

3. Products. The products offered for sale are those shown on the site at the time of browsing, subject to available stock. Essential characteristics (fabric, sizes, colours, price) are shown on each product page before the order is confirmed.

4. Price. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. They do not include delivery fees, which are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

5. Order. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the address given when ordering. Orders can be placed with or without creating a customer account.

6. Payment. Payment is made online, when the order is confirmed, using the methods offered on the site. [TO BE COMPLETED: final list of accepted payment methods.]

7. Delivery. Orders are delivered to your home or to a pickup point. Delivery fees correspond to the applicable carrier rate, plus 10%. Delivery is free from €100 of product purchases after discounts. [TO BE COMPLETED: announced preparation and delivery time.]

8. Right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty, except for return shipping costs which remain their responsibility. 9. Legal guarantees. All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any optional commercial guarantee.

10. Liability. SHASHA Collection cannot be held liable for delays or non-performance of the contract resulting from force majeure or the actions of a third party, in particular carriers.

11. Personal data. Data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after seeking an amicable solution, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L616-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
